What is
Together Summit?
The Together Summit is an event gathering of youth, educators, entrepreneurs, community leaders, and organizations who are committed to promoting the well-being of all students in our communities. This event aims to bring together people from all walks of life, to explore the issues and challenges facing students of color, English language learners, and other historically marginalized groups in our schools today. Through a series of inspiring talks from youth to elders and engaging discussions, participants will have the opportunity to learn from each other and share their ideas and experiences for how to create a more inclusive and supportive school community environment. This event will be hosted at Black Wall Street Building, 8 River Arts Place, Asheville, NC.

GRINDfest 2023
Grindfest 2023 is a free, 3-day event that celebrates the success of Black entrepreneurs + business owners in Asheville. A block-party-style event will take place at 8 Rivers Arts Place! This includes a weekend full of music, games, live performance, food, local vendors + learning, employment, and partnership opportunities. The goal of the festival is to highlight the progress made by people of color while also connecting folks in the community. A long weekend of fun and excitement.
